I'm Kayleigh
I’m a holistic practitioner supporting women to release stress, anxiety, and past trauma so they can feel lighter, calmer, and more aligned with the life they truly desire.
When our nervous system spends prolonged time in fight or flight, or freeze our body craves safety, which can hold us back from achieving the life we want. Working with the nervous system, vagus nerve and subconscious mind, I support clients in closing the gap from where they are, to where they want to be.
I hold a safe, non judgemental space for you to return to your own inner sanctuary—that peaceful, safe place within yourself where you feel calm, centred, and connected to your true self.
